2021 Media Hunt Report – Interview with Matthew Schneider

On this week’s edition of the 2021 Media Hunt Report, our Managing Director Steve Hunt is joined by Director of Urbis Matthew Schneider following the release of the latest Urbis Gold Coast Apartment Essentials report for Q2 2021. 

The supply of new apartments on the Gold Coast continues to plummet to new lows in the June quarter after the market recorded 450 sales driven by strong owner-occupier demand, pushing current available supply to a seven-year low. 

Based on the current sales rate, the market has only 4.2 months’ supply of apartments left if no new projects are released.
