LUXURY RIVERFRONT LIVING: PERSPECTIVE HELM LAUNCHED TO MARKET

Gold Coast development company Sherpa Property Group has announced the launch of its latest luxury development, Perspective Helm, marking a significant milestone in riverfront living in the prime location of Chevron Island.

Perspective Helm will be situated on a coveted 1,710sqm north-facing riverfront site at 107 Stanhill Drive, Chevron Island. Demolition has now commenced, with local builder LPS group appointed to deliver the project.

The development will deliver a collection of ten boutique residences, including four river residences and two two-storey penthouses, with prices ranging from $3.7 million to $10 million.

Each residence will offer three to four bedrooms and feature thoughtfully designed floorplans that offer expansive living spaces, complemented by private marina berths providing direct access to The Broadwater and ocean.

“This launch represents a strategic move for Sherpa Property Group, underscoring our commitment to delivering high-calibre projects in prime locations,” said Daniel Clarke, General Manager of Sherpa Property Group.

The development features 57-metre river frontage and is designed to meet the needs of discerning individuals seeking both elegance and functionality. It includes marina berths suitable for vessels up to 18 meters, located on the edge of the 6 knot zone, reflecting a targeted approach to attracting the boating community.

Perspective Helm will offer a range of world-class amenities, including a wellness centre and state-of-the-art exercise equipment.

Designed for a lock-and-leave lifestyle, Perspective Helm will also showcase the Gold Coast’s most advanced security system and 36 parking spaces with highly developed lock-up garages for all residences, further enhancing its appeal to potential buyers.

“The strong local pre-launch inquiries reflect how well our unique offering is resonating with the neighbourhood. We anticipate substantial interstate and international interest due to the project’s exceptional location,” said Mr Clarke.

Demolition on Perspective Helm has now commenced, with completion projected for November 2025.
