PEBBLE CREEK PARKLANDS TRIUMPHS AT AILA AWARDS WITH DOUBLE WIN
Orchard Property Group’s groundbreaking Pebble Creek residential estate at Logan has been recognised with two awards at the 2024 Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA) Awards.
Pebble Creek Parklands received the 2024 QLD Landscape Architecture Award for Parks and Open Space and the 2024 QLD Shade Smart Award, marking a significant achievement in design excellence and sustainability.
Situated within the Greater Flagstone Priority Development Area, Pebble Creek is ideally positioned to meet the needs of a growing family.
The 646-lot development includes the $3.3 million Pebble Creek Parklands, a 9.4-hectare green space designed by SLR consulting. The parklands offer a plethora of services and amenities, ensuring exceptional work-life balance and a relaxed lifestyle.
Ted Cronin, CEO of Orchard Property Group, emphasised the group’s dedication to creating spaces where residents can thrive.
"We're honoured to receive these awards from AILA, as an acknowledgement of our commitment to thoughtful planning and design”, said Mr Cronin.
The parkland’s design is the result of extensive research into existing natural environments and a collaborative process involving onsite stakeholders, a design team and the local authority.
Designed to evolve and mature with the community over time, Pebble Creek Parklands features areas that cater to all age groups, including playgrounds for young children, scooter tracks and basketball courts for older children, and exercise equipment and walking tracks for adults.
Orchard Property Group was established in 2014 as a hands-on development brand for families seeking longevity, quality, and value. It believes in creating places with vibrant lifestyles delivered through exceptional amenities, connectivity, and design.
