In one of the most successful sales campaigns ever seen on the Gold Coast, Sydney-based Sammut Developments has secured an astronomical $110 million in sales for its ultra-luxury, 6-star Coast project, just mere weeks after lodging a DA application with council.
More than half of the 43 beachfront apartments with a price of $4.6 million have been sold.
