$225m Cova reveals stunning Promenade Terrace Homes
Frasers Property Australia is bringing the height of sophisticated modern living to the heart of its $225 million Cova community at Hope Island with the unveiling of the Promenade Terrace Homes. The architect-designed collection of 24 residences is located near just metres from Cova’s centrepiece marina and conveniently positioned between the community’s two recreation clubs.Designed by Rothelowman Architects, the Promenade Terrace Homes each have three bedrooms, a multi-purpose room (MPR), two bathrooms and a one or two-car garage.Two-thirds of the homes will be two levels while the remaining eight will introduce three-level terrace living to Cova.Cameron Leggatt, General Manager Residential Queensland for Frasers Property Australia said the Promenade Terrace Homes delivered contemporary, low-maintenance yet spacious living in the centre of Cova.“Residents will be close to everything that makes the Cova lifestyle unique including the community’s new $1 million recreation club, The Boathouse which will be delivered alongside this release,” Mr Leggatt said.“And we have decided to introduce the three-level terrace home design as a way of creating some architectural diversity in this precinct and also of a way to capture views and breezes within these particular homes given their location which is close to the marina.”Mr Leggatt said construction of the precinct, which includes a pocket park and the extension of Cova’s idyllic foreshore area was expected by early 2019.Priced from $479,000 and with floor areas varying between 175sqm and 199sqm, the Promenade Terrace Homes will feature a high level of finish.Living levels will feature 2,700mm ceilings and large format tiles while the bedrooms and MPRs will be lined with wool blend carpets. All homes have been designed with Southeast Queensland’s sub-tropical climate in mind with covered alfresco living areas and split-system air-conditioning to the living areas and master bedroom. The kitchens will have reconstituted stone benchtops, 2pac cabinetry, Bosch appliances and a glass splashback. Each bathroom will have a vanity with reconstituted stone tops, feature subway tiles and mirrors, while ensuites will also feature mirrored shaving cabinets. The Boathouse, Cova’s second recreational clubhouse, will be located adjacent to the Promenade Terrace Homes and will offer facilities such as a plunge pool, theatre room, office space, kitchen and private dining room. The 31 hectare waterfront Cova community comprises a mix of land, house and land, terrace homes and villas serviced by an array of leisure facilities.Located just 3.4 nautical miles from The Broadwater, the freehold marina is for the exclusive use of residents. Berths in the marina are still available for sale from $36,750.Residents also have the use of nine parks, more than 5km of walking and cycle paths and green open space throughout the Cova community.
