$650 million Serenity 4212 developer fast-tracks third stage as buyers flock to lifestyle living on the Gold Coast's North Shore

The developers of Serenity 4212, one of the largest waterfront projects currently underway on the Gold Coast, has brought forward the third stage of the $650 million community in response to a wave of buyer demand.

In a joint venture with Keylin and Kinstone, the release of Serenity Reserve which will comprise a collection of luxury townhomes, will be set next to reserve parkland within the emerging Serenity 4212 community adjacent to Hope Island.

The release, timed to meet the needs of many buyers looking to capitalise on the federal government’s HomeBuilder grant before the March 31 deadline, comes on the heels of Keylin selling out the first and second stages, Serenity Waters and Serenity Green respectively.

Keylin, a company that has notched up a south-east Queensland development portfolio of more than $1 billion over the past five years, has secured sales of more than $107 million from the first two releases since they were launched to the market last year.

Construction is underway on a range of waterfront homes and townhomes in these stages as demand for lifestyle developments on the Gold Coast’s north shore precinct continues to drive activity.

Keylin fielded more than 3400 inquiries for the Serenity Waters release alone. Now, after the sell-out of Serenity Green, which comprised a selection of 60 architecturally designed townhomes, the developers have moved to fast-track development of Serenity Reserve.

“The latest release is aimed at buyers looking to capitalise on existing government grants, including the state government first-home owner’s grant,” said Keylin’s director Louis Cheung.

“Most of our buyers have been owner-occupiers, with many of them locals who are looking for the lifestyle and convenience of one of the best waterfront precincts on the Gold Coast.”

Serenity Reserve, centrally located along Lake Serenity, has been designed by award-winning architectural firm DBI in conjunction with Modulus Architecture.

It will deliver 83 spacious townhomes comprising four bedrooms, two bathrooms and premium finishes. Residents facilities will include a community swimming pool and full-equipped gym.

Prices in this latest release will start from $548,000.

Serenity Reserve residents will be living next to a dedicated natural reserve community park, part of 27 hectares being gifted by Keylin to the city council.

Serenity 4212, in a partnership with Kinstone, is being developed around Lake Serenity along the shores of Saltwater Creek.

The partners are currently laying plans for a strategic greenfield site south of Coomera Town centre at 64 Foxwell Road which they acquired earlier this year.

The project’s joint venture developers have a combined development portfolio of over $250 million across South East Queensland.

The Serenity 4212 sales office is located at 480 Helensvale Road, Helensvale, and is open daily from 12pm to 4pm.
