In a strong vote of confidence for the Gold Coast’s residential property market more than $37 million sold under the hammer last weekend at Australia’s largest real estate auction.A total of 88 properties were sold at the Ray White Surfers Paradise Group’s (RWSP) The Event with many still under ongoing negotiation.
