Boutique Gold Coast developer Alroe is bringing the iconic relaxed lifestyle of Main Beach to the fore with its latest luxury residential masterpiece, the $31 million Lune.

The boutique project, which is currently under construction, comprises six half-floor residences across three levels providing unique villa-style living that is unparallelled in the current market.

Overlooking the Broadwater with spectacular views that can never be built out, Lune has been crafted for supreme comfort and grand-scale entertaining, set against a backdrop of the vibrant Gold Coast culture.

Each of the villas comprises three substantial bedrooms, complemented by a private ensuite to ensure the ultimate convenience and comfort for residents and guests alike.

Alroe, which has an enviable record of project completion in Southeast Queensland over the past 12 years, began construction of Lune in May this year. The project is scheduled to welcome its first residents from mid-2025.

Construction is being undertaken by in-house subsidiary Alroe Constructions, a custom-build partner that operates in the multi-residential sector delivering luxury townhouses, low and mid-rise apartments, and NDIS special-needs apartments.
