Completion of $52.5 Million Awaken Residences Marks a New Milestone in the Transformation of Rainbow Bay

The $52.5 million Awaken project, comprising eight full-floor residences and a double-storey penthouse, was sold out prior to construction. Rainbow Bay, where Awaken is situated, is evolving into the Gold Coast's newest luxury lifestyle and destination precinct.

In an exciting addition to the local dining scene, the Gambaro family, renowned Brisbane restaurateurs, are bringing a Mediterranean-inspired dining experience to Rainbow Bay. The family, synonymous with hospitality for over 70 years, is set to launch two dining venues at Awaken – Pipi’s and Awaken Café by Gambaro.

Pipi’s will showcase a prime selection of steaks similar to the family's Black Hide Steakhouse on Caxton Street, along with a unique dining concept featuring fresh seasonal seafood, Italian-inspired delights, and spectacular ocean views. Awaken Café, the second venue, will be a casual health-conscious café offering an all-day menu.
