Cru Collective lodge DA for ultra-boutique residential collection on Kirra Beach

Gold Coast developer Cru Collective, fresh from the completion of its stunning Palm Beach project Siarn, has lodged a development application for an uber-exclusive collection of full floor apartments set to rise on the coveted Kirra beachfront.

It’s been a monumental period for the prolific developer which officially unveiled its completed $40 million SIARN project last week.

Siarn marks the very first finished beachfront residences in the new wave of luxury apartments sweeping the Gold Coast.

Cru Collective’s latest endeavour will see it transform an elite parcel of beachfront Kirra at the northern apex of Musgrave and Winston streets into an ultra-boutique collection of 11 full floor, expansive beachfront units with generous 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom floorplans and 280 sqm of internal living areas.

“Space and opulence are at the forefront of the design which has been tailored towards an ultra-sophisticated standard of living fronting one of the Gold Coast’s most famous beaches,” said Cru Collective Managing Director Chris Bolger.

“Our brand has become synonymous with exclusivity, with a commitment to producing premium quality homes that substitute the conventional high density apartment trope for a boutique approach to unit living.”

“We have worked extremely hard to ensure our product meets the expectation of the sophisticated buyer, reducing the volume of apartments and raising ceiling heights to deliver spacious living typically reserved for standalone houses.”

The floorplans are abundant in space, encompassing two living areas, butler’s pantry, wine cellar, dry bar, and ample storage space, with secure lift access leading to each residence’s private foyer.

Residents will receive 30 meters of north facing beach frontage, with wrap around windows to gaze across the Gold Coast’s most iconic backdrops from every room, including Rainbow Bay to Stradbroke Island and the Hinterland.

“We were extremely excited about the acquisition of this Kirra site given how scorching the southern Gold Coast market is at the moment,” said Mr Bolger.

“It’s one of the most sought-after locations for supremely luxury, private residences on the coast right now and we have no doubt our newest product will only amplify Kirra’s appeal.”

“Since we acquired the site in April we have received an astounding amount of interest in the product which spurred us to lodge the DA for what will be a striking addition to the Kirra beachfront.”

The building will dedicate an entire floor to host a premium range of lifestyle amenities including an oceanfront pool, fully equipped fitness centre, infrared sauna and cold plunge pool.

From the exterior, the building will showcase the typical design opulence Cru Collective has become recognised for with a refreshingly sub-tropical, coastal design.

The recently unveiled SIARN will soon welcome its residents, having last year sold out the entirety of its stock in a matter of months as one of the premier developments to leverage off the property boom that ravished the Gold Coast in a post-pandemic cultural shift.

Buyers will be able to secure their slice of Kirra luxury when the project is launched to market in the coming months, with construction set to follow in early 2022 for a mid-2023 completion.
