Exclusive Gold Coast townhomes enclosed by lush natural reserve fly off market in first month
The third phase of the Serenity 4212 project, Serenity Reserve, has amassed a swarm of buyers after its first month on the market, with over 50 of the available 69 luxury townhomes already selling.
Eager buyers have flocked to the luxury four-bedroom townhomes which sit encased in an enclave of leafy surrounds bordering The Coombabah Nature Reserve, 27 hectares of which will be gifted by Keylin and Kinstone Group back to the Gold Coast City Council this month.
Serenity Reserve has managed to strike a perfect balance between its blissful green surrounds and lavish lifestyle amenities to provide its residents with access to a luxurious resort-style pool, fully equipped gymnasium, zen-inspired yoga area, BBQ pavilion and picnic area, and premium quality townhomes, all from its prime position adjoining the Lake Serenity and Coombabah Nature Reserve.
The Serenity project, lead as a joint venture between Keylin and Kinstone Group, is one of the largest waterfront projects currently underway on the Gold Coast, already having generated over $148 million in sales since the launch of its first stage last year.
Remaining Serenity Reserve townhomes are available from $589,000.
Keylin’s director Louis Cheung said that the unique blend of natural tranquil surroundings with the thoughtfully designed modern amenities of the Serenity Reserve townhomes positions them as a truly unique product on the market.
“We deliberately designed Serenity Reserve so that residents could enjoy the feel of being immersed in nature without having to compromise on location or amenity,” said Mr Cheung.
“There is an incredibly high demand for 4-bedroom townhomes on the Gold Coast at the moment, with a real lack of stock to match it.
“The Serenity Reserve townhomes have hit the market with impeccable timing to satiate the growing hunger for 4-bedroom living with the added touch of a luxurious lifestyle to accompany it.
“We’re proud of the community we’re delivering, and the sales success shows that buyers are resonating with the idyllic lifestyle we’ve strived to bring them.”
The Serenity 4212 development will be conveniently located just west of the proposed Coomera Connector, providing residents with easy access to what is set to become a key transport arterial between Loganholme and Nerang.
The rapid-fire uptake of Serenity Reserve sales comes off the back of successful sell outs of Serenity 4212’s first two stages – Serenity Waters and Serenity Green – which seized a wave of demand for premium waterfront living with first class amenities.
The second stage of Serenity Reserve is expected to be released mid-year.
The project’s joint venture developers have a combined development portfolio of over $250 million across South-East Queensland.
The Serenity 4212 sales office is located at 480 Helensvale Road, Helensvale, and is open daily from 12pm to 4pm.
