First display homes complete at Waterline
The first new homes in the largest display village in Brisbane’s bayside have opened, giving prospective buyers their first insight into Villa World’s Waterline community at Thornlands.National home builder Metricon has unveiled four new home designs at Waterline, including single and double storey layouts.Metricon general manager Jason Biasin said the premier bayside address of Waterline provided a fantastic neighbourhood to showcase the company’s new designs.“These homes offer innovative, family centric designs to meet the needs of a range of home buyers,” he said.“They feature a range of layouts and interior design themes to suit various block sizes and lifestyle needs.”The Sovereign 50, Metro 31, Botanica 32 and Lincoln 30 all feature at Waterline. All include multiple living zones, smart storage solutions, contemporary entertainer’s kitchens, and have been designed around flexible indoor/outdoor living.Additional displays will be opened within the community over coming months, including residences by Plantation Homes and Clarendon Homes.Other builders to open in the village include Impact Homes, Simonds Homes, Australasian, Bella Homes, Taylah’d Homes and Munro Projects.Villa World development manager Peter Johnson said the opening of the display village was an important milestone for the project in enabling Villa World to properly showcase the community to prospective buyers.“It often takes people being able to visit a community and walk through a home to truly appreciate what it would be like living there,” he said.“That has been the case for prospective buyers at Waterline who can now walk the streets and properly picture building their own new home here.“Naturally that will have a positive effect on sales.”Land is now selling from $307,000 at Waterline with registered lots available, and house and land packages are also available.Villa World is also selling its neighbouring Affinity project from the Waterline sales office.
