Frasers Property launches free fitness program at Hamilton Reach

Frasers Property Australia is creating healthier and happier communities with the introduction of the Live Life Get Active program at riverside community,Hamilton Reach.Olympian and Live Life Get Active ambassador Jane Flemming launched the program at Frasers Property’s Hamilton Reach community in Brisbane on Thursday, July 21.Ms Flemming said the free initiative will provide simple health, fitness and nutritional education to the community.“Live Life Get Active is about getting more people active in their local community and providing them with a range of activities and advice that will positively change their lifestyle,” she said.“The program aims to address the health, fitness and happiness issues facing people today – we also want to combat the growing issue of social disconnection by bringing all sorts of people together within the local community and providing them with a sense of belonging.“Hamilton Reach is the perfect location for people to get active and enjoy the outdoors. It offers 2.5ha of parkland, 1.5 kilometres of walking paths and cycle ways and 600 metres of Brisbane River frontage.”As the developer of Hamilton Reach, Frasers Property is sponsoring the Live Life Get Active program as part of its commitment to leaving a positive, lasting legacy in the local community.Cameron Leggatt, General Manager Residential Queensland for Frasers Property said his team were thrilled to throw their support behind the program which will add to the welcoming, friendly and active lifestyle of Hamilton Reach.“Frasers Property is committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of our residents, and Live Life Get Active is just one example of this.
