Marquee Development Partners has propelled its epic central Gold Coast run further south, annihilating the market with the 10-day sell-out of its prized Kirra Beach development, in what has been a spectacular 12 months of development for the company.

SOL’s stunning unveiling just weeks earlier prompted a rush of enthusiastic buyer enquiries for the 46 highly coveted luxury apartments set on a rare allotment of Kirra headland, foreshadowing what would become one of the fastest sell-outs to hit the Gold Coast.

“There was an unbelievable amount of interest levelled at SOL since the public received their first glimpse, yet we never could have predicted the almost instantaneous sell-out,” said Marquee Development Partners sales director Azura Griffen.

Marquee product on the coast has become increasingly rare as the developer continuously finds its projects on the receiving end of spectacularly high demand due to its unique offering, providing a rare combination of luxury, quality, lifestyle amenity – and most importantly, value.

In response, Marquee is gearing up to launch its next project to the market next month under a joint venture with LHPP, receiving Development Approval for a breathtaking collection of apartments and villas set at the premier lifestyle destination of northern Palm Beach.

‘Northshore’ will showcase 93 residences comprising 2-bedroom, 2-bedroom plus multipurpose room, and 3-bedroom ensconced in an oasis of amenity, just 120m from Tallebudgera patrolled beach and surf club, and a short stroll from acclaimed destination, Tallebudgera Creek.

“Northshore will be a boutique building of residences available exclusively for long term residents only, of course encompassing our signature brand of superb, five-star resort style amenities, including a waterfall edge pool with Baja deck and floating sunbeds, outdoor dining, cinema, full-sized gym, work from home facilities, extensive wellness offerings, and more,” said Ms Griffen.

“Open plan apartment designs will blur the lines between inside & out, with expansive glass frontages flooding the interiors with natural light, cool ocean breezes & breathtaking 360 degree protected views of the Pacific Ocean, Burleigh Heads, Tallebudgera Creek, Palm Beach & hinterland.”

Marquee and LHPP’s launch of its ‘Palm Beach Residences’ just last year set the benchmark for its southern Gold Coast endeavours, attracting a whopping buyer response to become the fastest selling Gold Coast project for the fourth quarter.

“Palm Beach Residences was our first real taste of the southern Gold Coast market, and we quickly realised we had tapped into a growing desire for high end living in what is rapidly emerging as the hot spot for Gold Coast migration,” said Ms Griffen.

Construction on Palm Beach Residences is now underway while Marquee sets its sights on additional development sites which are now under contract in premium locations on the southern Gold Coast

SOL’s extraordinary pre-launch success notches yet another momentous achievement for the Brisbane based developer which has gone from strength to strength, with the launch of Northshore, its 9th project, toppling its total investment value on the Gold Coast over $450M.
