Kinstone Group names Rawcorp as builder of $82 million Solaris Rochedale project

Brisbane developer Kinstone Group has extended its hugely successful relationship with Rawcorp after announcing the Queensland construction specialist as builder of its latest project, the $82 million Solaris Rochedale.

The move follows the completion by the Gold Coast-based Rawcorp of two earlier Kinstone developments in the southern Brisbane suburb of Runcorn, namely Silkyoak Parks, comprising 66 townhomes, and Gumtree Parks, comprising 29 townhomes.

Kinstone has fast-tracked plans to build Solaris after achieving sales of more than 70 per cent of the large-scale development which will deliver 129 townhomes to a market eager for spacious and affordable luxury living.

The development offers a range of two and three-storey townhomes featuring four bedrooms plus study and two-and-a-half bathrooms.
