Marquee gets the green light for boutique luxury apartment project on one of Kirra’s last beachfront sites
Luxury residential property group Marquee Development Partners has been given the green light to develop a boutique apartment project on one of the last remaining beachfront sites at Kirra, tapping into unprecedented demand for beachfront living on the southern Gold Coast.
The award-winning development group is now set to proceed with its 10th project on the Gold Coast in the past four years, capitalising on its enviable history of selling out projects in record time.
The Project to be known as ‘Monterey’ will rise 14 levels above Kirra Beach at 4-6 Musgrave Street, currently occupied by an ageing block of 15 apartments approximately 50 years old.
Marquee has spent the past two years amalgamating the site through individual negotiations with 15 apartment owners.
