Marquee has announced the release of the highly anticipated Penthouse Collection at La Belle Palm Beach, following the recent commencement of construction on this luxury absolute beachfront project.

This launch comes just months after the project’s debut, during which over 70% of the apartments sold, establishing La Belle Palm Beach as the fastest-selling project on the Gold Coast for 2024.

Originally slated to be released for Christmas 2024, the Penthouse Collection launch has been brought forward due to unprecedented demand for the project.
