Rayjon plans $45 million residential development at Burleigh Waters

One of the Gold Coast’s longest servingcommunity developers Rayjon Group, buoyed by the success of its Vantage residencesat Benowa, is set to bring the concept home to Burleigh Waters.

Rayjon, headed by seasoned veteran John Hembrowwho has shaped much of Burleigh Waters over the last three decades, hasreceived council approval for a $45 million apartment development which will belaunched soon.

The Rayjon development, destined to become a residentialoasis adjacent to the Rayjon-owned Treetops Plaza Shopping Centre, will takethe same approach to space and quality that is the hallmark of the relaxedlifestyle created by Rayjon’s highly successful and nearly completed Vantage GoldCoast located adjacent to Royal Pines in Benowa.

The Burleigh Waters project will raise the barof apartment living in the vibrant Treetops precinct, with an exclusiveselection of 56 spacious two- and three-bedroom apartments, some withadditional multi-purpose rooms and all with large private balconies and two carspaces.

The development, set on a massive 3300sqm siteand designed with plenty of open space for residents, takes a low-densityapproach on a site that could have easily accommodated significantly moreapartments.

Rayjon’s latest venture has been impeccablydesigned to create an exclusive community that will enjoy a superb array ofamenities including spacious lawns and gardens on the podium level and anindoor residents’ lounge with a cosy fireplace.

The podium level will have a large swimmingpool accompanied by an outdoor residents’ lounge, barbecue area and diningpavilion and will also feature a gym and sauna.

The development will be targeting owneroccupiers and downsizers in the burgeoning Burleigh precinct - now one ofAustralia’s most active residential precincts.

Rayjon General manager Tyneal Dodds saidapproval by the Gold Coast council would pave the way for a project launch incoming months.

The development, located at 20 Executive Drive,will offer views ranging from Burleigh Heads to the east, the Surfers Paradiseskyline to the north and west to the Gold Coast Hinterland.
