Riverside luxury a quick-sell for $5.7 million
Ray White Surfers Paradise Group (RWSP) has secured another landmark sale with a luxury home at 34 Admiralty Drive, Paradise Waters selling ahead of auction for $5.7 million. The Paradise Waters sale is Ray White Prestige’s second big ticket transaction in weeks in the suburb this year, following the sale of 22-24 Admiralty Drive for just under $8 million in January.Ray White carried out an extensive local and national marketing campaign which resulted in 52 inspections of the home at 34 Admiralty Drive.Ray White Prestige marketing agent Jackson Paradise said the marketing was particularly tailored to identify the right type of purchasers for the home and resulted in him fielding three substantial offers ahead of the auction.“The buyers are local Gold Coast business-people and they are thrilled at securing such a landmark property,” Mr Paradise said.“They were particularly drawn to its contemporary design built over 4-levels, providing incredibly spacious living.“The home is beautifully positioned on the very still section of Nerang River, boasting a wide-water aspect and uninterrupted city skyline views,” he said. The Admirality Drive address is a huge five-bedroom home including a theatre room, a gymnasium and a sauna/steam room.Andrew Bell, CEO of RWSP, which operates Ray White Prestige said the sale underlines the resilience of the prestige market in 2019.RWSP has recorded more than $35 million in big-ticket property sales alone in the March quarter."This recent sale adds to a stable of high-end prestige sales that we have been able to secure for our sellers and we are confident that our tailored marketing is reaching the right type of buyers in this current market," Mr Bell said."What we do know is that when properties are correctly priced to the market there is no shortage of buyers.“It’s about the art of being able to identify those buyers and make them aware that the property is for sale," he said.
