Sell Out of $40 Million Palm Beach Project - Siarn

Gold Coast developer Cru Collective has tapped into strong demand for luxury living along the Palm Beach foreshore with a sellout of its $40 million Siarn Palm Beach North project nine months prior to its forecast completion.

90% of theluxury homes were sold direct by Cru, with several of the final sales duringthe height of COVID-19 restrictions.

Three of thefinal sales secured in recent months were achieved sight unseen. Each of thesebuyers paid more than $2.5 million to secure a foothold in Siarn, located at460 The Esplanade, where spacious high-end apartments ranged from $2.08 millionto $2.98 million.
