Sherpa dives back into land market spurred on by incredible back-to-back sellouts
After whirlwind sales storms engulfed Sherpa Property Group’s two luxury Palm Beach developments, the Gold Coast-based developer has channelled its momentum into a rare opportunity in the Central Gold Coast land market.
Sherpa has purchased a rare 4000 square metre site at 787 Ashmore Rd in which it intends to create six exclusive elevated home lots in a coveted area of the central Gold Coast, where land is in short supply.
The project will feature six house and land packages designed by recognised Gold Coast builder Valcon Homes.
The company, led by Christie Leet, is riding a wave of success on both the luxury development and land estate fronts.
Sherpa’s stunning $35 million beachfront development Perspective 488 sold out in just three months, with the surplus of buyer interest resulting in the fast-tracking of neighbouring sister project Perspective Two Sea which has already sold-out, accruing over $36 million in sales in just a matter of weeks.
