Sherpa Property Group launches new Palm Beach project as the southern Gold Coast hub’s evolution enters next luxury phase

The convergence of ultimate coastal living and contemporary luxury will soon be complete in the Gold Coast’s highly desirable enclave of Palm Beach as the market welcomes another Sherpa sensation.

Developer Christie Leet’s Sherpa Property Group has launched its latest upscale residential project in the evolving beachside precinct on the sought-after southern end of the Gold Coast.

Plans for a stunning development called Perspective Nexus represent a coming together of all the lifestyle elements of a sanctuary of effortless luxury blended seamlessly with the natural allure and eclectic vibe of this pocket of paradise.
