Townsville's $13 million Magnetic Views Estate reaches completion with only a handful of lots remaining
Construction of Townsville’s newest lifestyle address, Magnetic Views Estate, has reached completion with only a few lots remaining in the boutique land release after an astonishing $7.45 million sales run by developer Centurion Global.
The picturesque and private gated estate located on an elevated coastal site at 1 The Esplanade, Cape Pallandera and sitting only a stone’s throw from Townsville’s CBD has been a hit with local buyers who have snared the first eight lots of the exclusive $13 million, 13-lot release.
Founding Director of Centurion Global, Mark Tonge, says with the estate now having reached completion a lift in buyer activity is expected for the remaining lots with the land ready to build on.
“Locals have been early movers gaining a foothold in this development, which offers some of the largest home sites in Townsville with magnificent ocean and city views,” said Mr Tonge.
Magnetic Views Estate is surrounded by lush open bushland and the sandy shores of the Coral Sea to the east. Home sites, which range in size from 773sqm to 2855sqm, offer various panoramic views that take in Magnetic Island and south to Townsville’s CBD.
Centurion Global has positioned Magnetic Views Estate to become the premier residential address for the unofficial capital of far north Queensland, offering a secure gated development for families to build their dream home.
Magnetic Views Estate is located within easy access to everything that Townsville has to offer, from sandy beaches, swimming enclosures and coastal wetlands, to some of the region’s best fishing – and all within easy reach of schools, shopping, and Townsville’s vibrant city centre.
