Villa World debuts display of boutique residences in Sydney market

NATIONAL property developer Villa World will cement its debut on Sydney’s property scene when the doors open at its first display home at Oran Park Town in the southwest growth corridor.Opening April 1, the display will showcase the design and style of the 68 homes to be rolled out in three stages at Concourse, a boutique residential development within the emerging Oran Park Town masterplanned community.Construction has started on the first eight homes in the first stage of the project.Villa World Managing Director and CEO Craig Treasure said the Concourse display home would reflect the company’s point of difference in the market.“We deliver the complete address, the completed home and the single contract, which makes the process simple, transparent and seamless for our buyers,” Mr Treasure said.“Our homes are finished, landscaped and ready to move into for a fixed price that includes all internal fixtures, and we think this will be embraced by purchasers seeking an affordable, quality home in Oran Park Town.”Peter Coulton, of Savills Residential Projects, said this was evident in the early inquiries his team has received for Villa World’s Concourse homes.“We have had strong buyer enquiry from both owner occupiers and investors alike which underpins the strength of the Oran Park market, especially from those who want to avoid the hassle of buying a block and then go through the daunting process of building a home,” said Mr Coulton.Located in Oran Park Town, Concourse residents will be within 500 metres of a shopping centre, a range of community facilities and 43 hectares of parkland and recreation areas.Oran Park Town is serviced by an array of public and private schools, and is just 13.6km from Leppington Train Station. The Concourse community is connected to a state-of-the-art optic fibre network delivering its residents a reliable high-speed internet service.Concourse will feature three and four-bedroom contemporary homes in single and double-storey configurations. Each residence has open-plan living spaces flowing to a covered patio and a designer kitchen with smart space cabinetry, stone benchtops and stainless steel appliances. All homes have ducted air-conditioning, a lock-up garage and full landscaping. Some designs include a multi-purpose family room to accommodate growing families.Concourse is located at the corner of Hinton Loop and Kingsley Street, Oran Park Town. The display is open from 10am – 4pm on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
