Outdoor spaces are paved so while quite large, the home is very low maintenance.”Vision by Halcyon Project Director Scott Ng said the Riversong design meant Halcyon could cater to a broad base of the market.“Choosing a home is never a one size fits all process and for many people, the prospect of downsizing significantly is daunting,” he said.“We trialled the two-storey layouts at Halcyon Waters and Halcyon Landing and both were well received.“That told us that the market didn’t want a cookie cutter product, but various options and layouts at various price points.“It’s a model that has worked well for us across our South East Queensland communities.”In response to popularity of the project’s marina berths, Halcyon is planning to extend the size of the marina by an additional 10 berths.Vision by Halcyon will ultimately feature 88 luxury, energy efficient homes.It is the first community of its kind to offer absolute waterfront living and also features a marina, floating boat house and signature Lifestyle and Aquatic Precinct.The third release of homes is selling at Hope Island, priced from $579,000, including up to $10,000 in off-the-plan incentives.
