AZURE OFFICIALLY BREAKS GROUND ON EMBER BY AZURE
Queensland developer Azure has officially commenced construction on Ember by Azure, a $60m residential project that reinforces Azure’s commitment to delivering much-needed housing to the Ipswich region.
The Ipswich region is undergoing a significant transformation, with projections indicating substantial population growth over the next decade amidst a housing shortage.
“This is an exciting milestone from us,” said Trent Keirnan, Director of Azure.
“We know how critical it is to deliver quality homes in areas like Ipswich, where demand continues to grow, and Ember is our way of contributing to the solution – creating homes that people genuinely want to live in.
At Azure, we don’t just build residences - we create vibrant communities where people can establish lasting foundations, foster meaningful connections, and truly thrive.
This project goes beyond construction; it’s about shaping a place where residents feel a genuine sense of belonging from the very first day.”
Ember by Azure will deliver 74 meticulously designed terrace residences, blending lifestyle, tranquillity, and sophistication.
Ensuring both timely delivery and high-quality workmanship, Ember by Azure is being constructed by Azure’s in-house construction team, Azure Build.
“With our in-house construction team, residents can be assured that this project will carry on the Azure legacy of being built with high-quality finishes, embracing architectural simplicity and modesty”.
Located on Augusta Parkway in Augustine Heights, Ember by Azure is encapsulated by a sub-tropical landscape, with each terrace offering a range of five flexible floor plans with a choice of two or three levels.
Notably, residents will have access to the AClub facilities, showcasing a large oval wet-edge pool, a dedicated children’s pool, and an array of sun lounges and day beds, ensuring residents can enjoy an immersive experience of recreation, community and wellness.
“We design every aspect of our projects with a deep understanding of how people want to live - prioritising comfort, connection, and a sense of belonging to create spaces that truly enhance everyday life.”, said Mr Keirnan.
“It’s not just about building homes – it’s about delivering a lifestyle, and Ember’s design, amenities, and overall vision reflects that commitment.”
The market response has been strong, with Stage One and Two of Ember already sold out, with 65 of the 74 terrace residences secured within months of release.
“The pace of sales shows just how much demand there is for well-designed homes in Ipswich,” said Mr Keirnan.
“People are looking for a place that offers value, lifestyle, and longevity, and that’s exactly what we’re delivering at Ember.”
With construction now commenced at Ember by Azure, project completion is slated for Q4-2026.
