Completion of $79 million residential offering taking Broadbeach by storm

Brisbane-based luxury development company Spyre Group is nearing completion on its debut Gold Coast project, the luxury $79 million residential apartment project Elysian Broadbeach, with final pre-settlement inspections currently taking place.

The project, to be completed in the coming weeks, has witnessed exceptionallocal demand with only 15 apartments remainingafter a stellar sales run to the tune of more than $54 million.

Nicholas Clydsdale, Director of CBRE Residential Projects Gold Coast, whichis marketing the project, said Elysian has captivated the strong owner-occupierand downsizer markets which are driving the Gold Coast property market.
