Gold Coast's first apartment 'Display Village' opens at the $140 million No. 1 Grant Avenue project

The Gold Coast’s fastest selling project, No. 1 Grant Avenue, has launched the first ever “Display Village”, in Hope Island, showcasing its luxury apartments in one of the latest and most anticipated new apartment buildings in South East Queensland.

An exclusive selection of four designer apartments are being showcased to the public at the soon-to-be completed $140 million development by Aniko Group.

The Gold Coast-based development company is pioneering this move and is witnessing unprecedented sales in Stage 1 as it gears up for the launch of Stage 2.

George Mastrocostas, Founder and Managing Director of Aniko Group, said the Display Village gives buyers an accurate glimpse of the life on offer at No. 1 Grant Avenue. Owner-occupiers and investors alike will be able to experience first-hand the resort lifestyle before the project is even completed.

“Many Display Villages have been made for House and Land packages, but there has never before been one created for a residential project,” said Mr Mastrocostas.

“Our team wanted to launch a range of apartments to show their diversity, luxury and ability to fit a broad range of tastes and preferences. There is nothing better than stepping foot into your new home to make your most informed decision.”

The Display Village features a diverse range of two and three bedroom configurations furnished by Aniko Group’s in-house design team, with styles ranging from Modern Contemporary to Gold Coast Hamptons.

No. 1 Grant Ave is rapidly nearing the sell-out of Stage 1, with just seven apartments remaining after an astounding sales campaign naming it as the Gold Coast’s fastest selling apartment project since commencing sales and construction in August 2019.

“The sales campaign for Stage 1 of No. 1 Grant Avenue has been remarkable, especially given the current market conditions with Covid-19,” said Mr Mastrocostas. Paragraph

“We have experienced some interstate buyers who have purchased apartments in the middle of the pandemic, sight unseen, which is a testament to the value, quality and consumer confidence we offer our clients under the Aniko brand and mantra.”

Peter Malady, Aniko Group’s Sales and Marketing Director, said buyers have been drawn to No. 1 Grant Avenue’s luxurious and competitively priced apartments, the waterfront lifestyle on offer and the high level of thought that’s gone into all apartment layouts, finishes and amenities.

“We are very proud of the project’s inclusions which are of the highest standard and quality. It has definitely become our flagship project within the Aniko Group portfolio,” said Mr Malady. Paragraph

“When you combine the luxury offering with the value of these apartments, located in an amazing location fronting the Hope Island waterfront, it is truly amazing and one of its kind.”

Remaining apartments in Stage 1 are priced from $445,000.

No. 1 Grant Avenue will feature a Residents’ Lounge, celebrity designed fully equipped gymnasium overlooking the resort-style lap pool, Children’s Playroom, sauna, movie theatre, pet wash bay and barbeque facilities.

Also included is a dedicated corporate business centre comprising a boardroom and five private offices, providing a convenient option for those working from home.Paragraph

Additionally, there are 16 private marina berths offering residents bridge free access to the Broadwater and Gold Coast seaway.

No. 1 Grant Avenue’s on-site Display Village is open daily for private inspections.
