Highland Double Bay Malouf Instigates $34 Million Plus Sales Spree In Sydneys Most Exlcusive Postcodes.

Two sales by Sydney agent David Malouf of Highland Double Bay Malouf, has underpinned the ongoing strength of Sydney’s prestige market with the two properties transacting for $34 million plus.

The sales include a multi-storey contemporary masterpiece at 50 Kambala Road, Bellevue Hill for circa $22 million and 2/1 St Mervyns Avenue, Point Piper – the last remaining luxury harbourside residence in the brand new ‘One Point Piper’ development, for circa $12 million.

“$34 million plus in sales is a remarkable outcome for Highland Double Bay Malouf and is a testament to the calibre of properties our clients are entrusting to us, and the results we are able to deliver for them,” said David Malouf.

“We were overwhelmed with interest for both of these prized properties, with many buyers lured from afar by the desirable location, pristine design and added income potential.

“These sales are just another example of the underlying strength of the prestige market which continues to remain extremely strong.”

The 50 Kambala Road property encompasses 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, with multiple substantial parking and huge backyard complete with an outdoor fireplace and heated swimming pool.

Part of a boutique collection of only three deluxe residences by the esteemed K2 Property Group, 2/1 St Mervyns Avenue comprises 4 bedrooms and expansive open plan living zones whilst showcasing superior architectural detail that merges seamlessly with its lush natural surrounds.

Mr Malouf says whilst some believe the market is cooling at the moment, Highland Double Bay Malouf is seeing demand for top tier prestige property to continue to remain fierce.

“To have facilitated not one, but two high-end sales in a matter of weeks, really underpins the unprecedented show of market confidence among Sydney’s prestige property sector,” said Mr. Malouf.

“Results like these show the strength of our database as Sydney’s leading prestige agency and are a testament to our depth of experience in the Sydney top end marketplace.”

The $34 million plus sales sensation comes as the latest landmark result to be secured by the Highland Double Bay Malouf team, which has emerged as one of Sydney’s most experienced independent property agencies, having undergone a merger between industry veterans Bill Malouf, David Malouf, and David Highland.
