Launch of Miles Residences heralds a new era for iconic Kirra Beach Hotel site

The stunning first stage of the $380 millionKirra Beach Hotel redevelopment has been launched to the market withscintillating interest as the project heralds a new era of relaxed coastalliving for the iconic beachfront suburb.

Theapartment tower will be launched in the same stage as the new hotel andpavilion, and will be accompanied by smaller curated retail tenancies, tocreate a rejuvenated beating heart for Kirra and the southern Gold Coast.
