It is all coming together for Sherpa Property Group’s latest luxury coastal living development sensation Perspective Nexus in the Gold Coast’s sought-after southern enclave of Palm Beach.

Launched only in the last few weeks, already 50 per cent of the upscale collection of 34 exclusive beachfront residences in the lavish but laidback project have been snapped up with a total value of sales at $51 million.

The sales rush reflects the allure of the development’s stunning blend of lifestyle elements that seamlessly combines effortless luxury with the natural beauty and eclectic vibe of what is one of the city’s most highly desirable pockets of paradise overlooking Currumbin Alley.

And its appeal has been quickly absorbed by discerning lifestyle buyers with a wealth of local knowledge.

“The majority of Perspective Nexus buyers so far have been local to Palm Beach, with most of them looking to upgrade to the next level in ultimate coastal living,” said Sherpa Property Group chief executive Christie Leet.

“We have had a significant number buy in from the adjoining development, which was completed only two years ago.

“And in the first wave of apartment sales we also have had the privilege of having an original owner we acquired one of the sites to build Nexus who has chosen to buy back into the property.”

Sales of the residences in Perspective Nexus have been secured in a price range of $1.45 million to $2.9 million.

The latest Sherpa sensation has been designed by HAL Architects to bring a convergence of ultimate coastal living and contemporary luxury to the evolving beachside precinct.

All its spacious residences have been envisioned with a focus on maximum liveability, which buyers are now seeking due to COVID-19 lockdowns and the need to work-from-home.

Setting a new benchmark in Palm Beach, the project’s unique offering includes 29 spacious three-bedroom residences and it is topped with two penthouses and three spectacular three-level sky homes.

Each of the apartments will have a home office and a private balcony.

The luxurious four-bedroom sky homes also will feature their own private rooftop terrace, including pool and spa, with sweeping 360-degree vistas of Palm Beach stretching north to Burleigh Heads, south to Coolangatta and west to Currumbin Creek and into the Gold Coast hinterland.

The development’s prime 1581sq m beachside site at 949-953 Gold Coast Highway sits next to parkland fronting the sand and surf at the southern end of Palm Beach.

“Palm Beach encapsulates an eclectic mix of desirable water frontages including the vast Pacific Ocean as well as Currumbin Creek, which runs from the hinterland in Currumbin Valley down to Palm Beach where an abundance of lifestyle and activity on and around the water converge at Perspective Nexus,” Mr Leet said.

He said lifestyle was the driving force behind the Nexus design, which rejects the more traditional quantity-over-quality approach to Gold Coast high-rise apartment development.

“True luxury is unrestrained lifestyle — doing what you love and engaging with life in natural surroundings while enjoying the ease and convenience in absolute comfort,” he said. “It’s all about how you want to live your life.”

Through the creation of the bespoke residences of Perspective Nexus, the evolution of Palm Beach — perfectly positioned between the pristine estuaries of Tallebudgera and Currumbin creeks — will enter its next exciting and luxurious phase.

It is Sherpa’s third Palm Beach instalment, following its beachfront sales sensation that wiped out Sherpa’s Perspective 488 stock in just three months, prompting the successive sell-out of its fast-tracked sister project, Perspective Two Sea. The two projects achieved a combined sales total in excess of $70 million.

Sherpa are simultaneously gearing up to migrate its ‘Perspective’ brand further north, lodging a DA for ‘Perspective Broadwater’ which will encompass a boutique collection of just six full-floor apartments and one two-level penthouse overlooking the esplanade and waterfront of Biggera Waters.
