Local Buyer Secures $3.85 Million Penthouse in Azure’s One Earle Lane Project at Toowong

Azure, the luxury apartment developer, has successfully secured a buyer for the most expensive penthouse in its One Earle Lane development at Toowong. The $3.85 million deal brings the project one step closer to a sell-out, leaving just eight apartments to be sold, including the remaining three penthouses. One Earle Lane, situated in Brisbane's inner west on a 2,697sqm parkside site, features a total of 90 apartments, including four premium penthouses.

Trent Keirnan, Director of Azure, expressed satisfaction with the strong sales momentum across the development. The project, designed by internationally recognized architect Paul Conrad from Conrad Architects, offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments crafted to maximize proximity to urban and natural amenities, including Toowong Park and the Brisbane River.

The penthouses, part of the Parkview and Penthouse Collection, boast unobstructed northern views across the heritage-listed park. Priced from $3.6 million, each penthouse features three bedrooms plus a multi-purpose room, 2.5 - 3.5 bathrooms, and three basement car parks. The recently sold penthouse is one of two offering three ensuited bedrooms plus a multi-purpose room, delivering a total of 3.5 bathrooms and three-car parking.

Keirnan noted that the remaining Parkview and Penthouse Collection has attracted interest from affluent downsizers in surrounding suburbs who appreciate the area's offerings. As construction progresses, Azure anticipates increased interest in these premium collections.

One Earle Lane elevates residential living in Toowong with a range of amenities, including a rooftop residents club with a wellness area, 25-meter swimming pool, sun lounges, barbecue area, cinema, private dining room, sauna, steam room, hot and cold plunge baths, and gymnasium. The project is under construction by 5Point Projects, the builder currently working on Azure's One Five Six project in New Farm, slated for completion in Q1 2024. Construction of One Earle Lane commenced in January, with Azure targeting completion in Q4 2023.
