Following a stellar sales run in the first release of the Gold Coast’s latest master-planned waterfront community, creators of the $650 million Serenity 4212 project have unveiled the community’s latest luxury instalment on Monday August 31st.

Serenity Green, acollection of 60 architecturally designed townhomes, will be created within a secureand exclusive gated estate taking shape on the northern Gold Coast.

A range of fourdifferent two-storey, two car accommodation floor plans will be available inthe new offering, each with four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.

The release of thetownhomes follows the huge success in land sales Serenity 4212 has achieved, generatingover $30 million over the last three months in what is the city’s hottestwaterfront land estate.

The $650 millioncommunity is regarded as one of the Gold Coast North Shore’s best-sellingresidential projects.

Future stages in theSerenity 4212 master-planned community include a mini marina precinct withretail and dining facilities, and a proposed retirement community.

Serenity 4212 islocated just 10 minutes froma range of retail facilities, including the Hope Island Market Place, WestfieldHelensvale and the Harbour Town Premium Outlets.

The project’s jointventure developers, Keylin Group and Kinstone, have a combined developmentportfolio of over $250 million acrossSouth East Queensland.
