Mulpha’s continued investment in the upgrading of Sanctuary Cove has seen the bringing to market of an ultra-luxury waterfront apartment offering resulting in more than 800 inquiries in the lead-up to the official launch.
In what is a clear sign of a red-hot residential apartment market in Australia, Mulpha has been swamped by potential purchasers interested in the first 15 of 47 waterfront apartments and townhouses.

With the launch of Harbour One, Mulpha Sanctuary Cove has taken the wraps off a suite of stunning and spacious harbourside residences designed for a sophisticated waterfront lifestyle.
