Signature Broadbeach secures more than $140m in sales
One of Australia’s premier private development companies, Little Projects, has achieved an outstanding outcome in its first development foray on the Gold Coast with more than $140 million in sales in its Signature apartments at Broadbeach.With sales nearing 75 per cent, construction is forging ahead on the luxury residential project which is a joint venture between KM Develop and Little Projects.Buyers have already secured 170 apartments in the project by Little Projects which is founded by Melbourne-based transport industry figure Paul Little AO and KM Develop which is a Division of KordaMentha.Since 2006, Little Projects has delivered projects totalling more than $2 billion across the residential and commercial property markets with specialty skills in redeveloping inner-city sites into quality residential communities.Signature Broadbeach comprises a total of 245 apartments and is capitalising on the underlying strength of the local market’s lifestyle buyers.Signature Broadbeach is located at 12-18 Philip Avenue, just half a block from a patrolled beach and one block from the centre of Broadbeach.“We’ve positioned Signature Broadbeach to take advantage of the best that Broadbeach has to offer, and that’s reflected both in the sales we have achieved so far and the type of buyer this development has attracted,” said Little Projects’ director Leighton Pyke.“We’re particularly encouraged by the strength of the owner-occupier market which includes local downsizers looking for a quiet beachside location.“Signature Broadbeach offers resort living with all the conveniences of home which is also proving attractive to the niche market of lifestyle investors.“While they are essentially buying their apartment as an investment, these buyers plan to live in the property for short periods throughout the year as well.“As their circumstances change, quite often lifestyle investors themselves become owner-occupiers, so we’re delighted to see that Signature Broadbeach is being broadly recognised for its liveable design elements.”Signature Broadbeach is within walking distance of Pacific Fair, Star Casino, the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre and the café and dining heart of Broadbeach.Luxury inclusions are highlighted by the Gold Coast’s first 50-metre infinity-edge pool and the Deck at Signature, comprising an entire level of amenities for residents including a landscaped lawn area, barbecue and teppanyaki facilities, private lounge and dining room, sauna, steam room and spa, gymnasium and cinema.Signature Broadbeach has a combination of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, all oriented towards the ocean to maximise views.
