Spyre Group's $77 million Natura launch

Burleigh Heads is set for a new era of luxury residential living following the launch of Natura, a $77 million development designed for a beachfront lifestyle on a grand scale.

Brisbane developer Spyre Group hasrevealed that Natura will comprise of just 33 apartments, with no more than twoapartments on each floor, in a design that is primed to capitalise on growingdemand from lifestyle buyers homing in on Burleigh Heads, one of Australia’s mostdesirable beachfront addresses.

Natura will be made up entirely ofthree-bedroom apartments offering uninterrupted ocean views in a design thatcaptures the essence of the suburb’s famed beachfront location.

Apartments will deliver 211sqm ofliving space, including functional balconies with room for residents to entertainand enjoy the Gold Coast’s iconic outdoor lifestyle.

Among the unique offerings at Naturawill be a terrace apartment occupying half of level one, with the other half ofthe level dedicated as a wellness and residential amenity space.

Natura will rise 17 levels on a 1,011sqm site located at 112The Esplanade in the heart of Burleigh Heads and close to the suburb’s vibrantrestaurant and lifestyle precinct.

Natura comes on the heels of SpyreGroup’s debut Gold Coast development, the $79 million Elysian Broadbeach tower, which is nearing completion, and the$25 million boutique Maya Kirra Beach which is due for completion thisyear.

Natura is expected to appeal toowner-occupiers, including downsizers who have been driving solid demand forspacious luxury apartments along the Gold Coast beachfront.

“We’ve taken quite a specificapproach with Natura by creating living spaces with the scale and amenity thatmany buyers are looking for at Burleigh Heads,” said Spyre Group directorAndrew Malouf.

“Burleigh Heads may be a popularholiday destination but it’s also home to a solid community of resident GoldCoasters, and Natura has been designed to align with this important dynamic.

“Natura will appeal to lifestylebuyers who enjoy everything there is to love about the Gold Coast, from the primelocation to the vibe of sophisticated coastal living.”

Natura will feature a range of residentialamenities that provide a leisurely, healthy and community rich lifestyle. An indoor outdoor poolencompassed in lush green surrounds, barbeque facilities, a dining area andreflexology pool are among the proposed offerings.

The project will also include a‘wellness space’ featuring a range of movement and recovery products designedto balance the body and mind.

Natura is designed to replicate thenatural surrounds of the Burleigh Heads beachfront with a striking building designto complement the existing skyline.

NicholasClydsdale, Director of CBRE Residential Projects, is marketing the development andsaid that Natura will meet growing demand for larger sized residentialapartments that cater to a range of lifestyle-driven buyers.

“Tohave a residential project of such a premium quality comprised solely of three-bedroomapartments is a rarity and is something which will set this apartment project apartfrom the rest,” said Mr Clydsdale.

“SpyreGroup have done their homework. Three bedroom apartments along The Esplanadeare highly sought after but rare as hen’s teeth in a beach strip that is alsoin very high residential demand.

“BurleighHeads is now one of Australia’s premium beachfront addresses and yet thepricing when compared to Noosa, Byron, or Sydney beaches makes the valueproposition unbelievable.”

Naturahas been designed by Brisbane-based architectural firm Bureau Proberts which boasts an award-winning portfolio of residential developments across Australia,Asia and the UAE.

SpyreGroup has engaged landscape architectural firm CUSP to design a space thatallows for the built and natural environments to align. The project’ssustainable, health-inspired and outdoor-orientated design will offer anenriching quality of life for residents at Natura.

Natura’s apartments will offer aseamless transition between indoors and outdoors, highlighted by the kitchenwhich comes complete with a butler’s pantry and a cantilevered, curved island bench.

Apartments will also feature aspacious master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, his-and-her vanities in the ensuite, all complemented by curved mosaic walls and a freestanding bath setagainst a natural stone feature backdrop.

Apartments at Natura will start from$1.599 million.
